The mission of Grassroots Massage is to provide massage therapy as a vital part of a person's healthcare, and not simply as a luxury service. To that end, I believe that massage therapy needs to tailored specifically to a patient's needs at the time, and it needs to be affordable!
 

The variety of styles and services that I offer are below, but often a massage will incorporate multiple styles in order to best suit the patient's needs. When booking an appointment, please inform me of any goals or specific issues you would like to focus on so we can work together to choose the massage that will work for you.
 

My rates are based on keeping massage as accessible as possible. I offer mobile massage to all clients meaning I come to you! This does involve a travel fee to account for travel costs & time, but will always be discussed at the time of booking an appointment so there are never surprise costs.

I also have a new studio visit option available to current and previous clients only. These rates are slightly lower than the mobile massage rates and do not involve a travel fee. At this time, this option is not available to new clients.

In addition, all rates include gratuity in the cost. No extra "tip" is necessary!
